Currently domestic shipping takes 2-7 business days. Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return an item?

WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT.  

Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.

• Item(s) must be returned within 48hours of receiving your order.

• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.

• Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Please reach out to us in 48 hours . 

Our team will share a payment link , once you pay these nominal return fee ( depends on weight and items) the pickup will be scheduled 

Once reached we will inspect the product and apply store credit 

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied. If you are unsure of sizing, please email teambabygal@gmail.com for assistance.

How do exchange an item? ( Wrong/damaged item , size issue )

Please contact us in 48 Hours of product received 

We will initiate a pickup request , upon checking the item we will send a exchanged item/ store credit for it.
